Women of web3 NFTs

I had the pleasure of creating a line of 5 NFTs to be gifted to women doing amazing things in web3! This was one of my favorite projects I’ve completed recently. The idea of the NFTs were to be gifted and passed along to another woman that stood out in web3. One of the NFTs even made it onstage at the CoinDesk Consensus Conference!

Here’s my artist statement describing the meaning behind the design:

My goal with this collection is to showcase the strength of women. The central figure here is an image of a strong woman, and she is surrounded by a spray of flowers and two orca whales. Using the bright and colorful psychedelic flowers of the 1060s as an inspiration, the flowers in this piece are a nod to this time period a huge turning point for the Women’s Rights Movement. The two orcas represent the incredible value that women bring to communities across the world. In their packs, female orcas are leaders, and the entirety of the pack depends heavily on its mothers and grandmothers for survival.
